Since transitioning from the allopathic (conventional) medical system to the holistic wellness world and then grounding myself in the truth of German New Medicine, I have come to understand how it can be confusing and challenging to comprehend at times. Here, I will provide you with a simple layout of what I believe GNM is and isn’t, what it supports and offers, and what it doesn’t, in order to help you differentiate and define it.
German New Medicine is a complex understanding of how and why symptoms and diseases occur.
What it is — things that are a big YES:
An avenue to peace.
A paradigm shift, a change in views on reality, a redefinition of framework.
A new consciousness.
An awareness that we have the capability to self-heal.
A reconnection with nature.
A way of living — an embodied experience.
A belief that each cell in our body holds innate biological wisdom.
Based on the Five Biological Laws.
A connection between the psyche, brain, and organ level.
An understanding that every symptom, including cancer, is part of a meaningful Biological Special Program.
An acceptance, appreciation, and understanding that microbes, bacteria, and fungi are our helpers and friends supporting us in the healing phase.
Based on real-life experiences, research, case studies, brain scans, and embryology.
Anchored in a complete scientific system.
Self-responsibility.
A challenge to your belief system.
What it is not — things that are a big NO:
Fear and panic-based.
A practice, modality, or type of treatment.
A reliance on outside remedies or devices.
Based on theories.
A fragmented approach where the body is looked at in pieces.
A "root cause" approach.
A fad or trend.
A germaphobe.
Esoteric or 'woo-woo'.
Alternative or integrative medicine.
Victimhood mentality.
A quick fix.
One of the most significant shifts I’ve experienced since learning GNM is no longer living in fear or questioning the symptoms my body expresses. I have never been more at peace with my body just doin’ it’s thang. The level of trust and surrender this new paradigm requires is truly an offering and invitation to step into our higher selves. This work continues to move me and I absolutely love the juicy layers I get to continue to peel back.
Was this helpful? Where are you in your journey with GNM?
xx,
Abigail
